Raisbeck Endowed Dean David Spalding is proud to announce the 2020 winners of the Ivy Women in Business Awards. Established in 2018, the Ivy Women in Business Awards celebrate women who have been identified for their inspiration, leadership, and ability to serve as champions for women in business.

“Highlighting and honoring the great work being done by women and organizations that support women in business is an important aspect of our strategic goals at the Ivy College of Business,” Spalding said. “Supporting the achievements of women in business is one way we can honor this important work. We look forward to a special evening with this year’s winners.”

The 2020 winners are:

  • The Champion Award honors individuals (male or female), businesses, or organizations serving as champions to inspire, lead, and encourage women.
    • Renee Schaaf (’80, industrial administration)
      President – Retirement Income Solutions, Principal Financial Group
  • The Inspiration Award recognizes women who have made a significant impact in their career. Through their work, they have inspired other women in business to become leaders and reach their full potential.
    • Berta Aldrich (’90, finance)
      Managing Director, Chief Marketing Officer, and Chief Human Resources Officer at the Private Advisor Group
  • The Outstanding Young Alumna Award honors alumnae, 35 years of age or younger, who have distinguished themselves early in their career for their remarkable achievements.
    • Anna Florzak (’10, marketing)
      Product Line Manager – WNBA Uniforms at Nike, Inc.
