Dave Cantor, Ruan Chair in Supply Chain Management and professor of supply chain management, and his co-authors, Prabhjot Mukandwal (Wayne State) and Russ Laczniak, emeritus professor of marketing, won the Journal of Supply Chain Management’s Outstanding Paper Award (runner up to JSCM Best Paper). The article is “Consumer Reactions to Environmentally Irresponsible Sourcing Practices: An Intentionality and Motive Perspective.”
The purpose of this research is to better understand how and why consumers pay attention to a firm’s environmentally irresponsible sourcing practices.
