Earn your Ivy College of Business master of finance (MFIN) degree at the same time you’re earning your bachelor of finance (FIN) degree at Iowa State University through our concurrent programs. See the application instructions below. All other applicants will follow the standard application process.

The master of finance is designed to meet the needs of recent undergraduates and experienced professionals.

Our curriculum gives students room to explore electives from economics, statistics, and other business disciplines like accounting and information systems. Get the most out of your education by getting to know our internationally known faculty in our small classes. Our master of finance program will prepare you for a career in corporate finance, financial analysis, or wealth management.

Admission to the concurrent program is competitive. Successful candidates demonstrate superior academic ability, strong leadership attributes, and clear career focus.

Admitted students typically have a cumulative GPA of 3.00 or above.
