Bio

Laura D’Oria is an Assistant Professor of Management in the Ivy College of Business at Iowa State University. She studies organizational resources and capabilities with a specific focus on the social factors that affect their development (e.g., reputation, celebrity, impression management activities, and media accounts), and their effect on performance, decisions making, and competitive behavior in both established and entrepreneurial firms. Her research has been published in the Journal of Management, the Supply Chain Management Journal, the Journal of Business Logistics, and the European Management Journal.
