I previously held appointments as a CERF Research Associate at Cambridge Judge Business School and as a Bye-Fellow at Murray Edwards College, University of Cambridge.
My research combines theoretical and empirical methods to study corporate governance. My work focuses on corporate democracy, hedge fund activism, ESG, and how public information shapes behavior and outcomes in financial markets.
