The Department of Animal Science and the Department of Supply Chain Management will host an undergraduate case competition February 27-28 in the Gerdin Business Building. The case competition is open to undergraduate students majoring in animal science or supply chain management.
In this interdisciplinary competition, students will work collaboratively in teams to solve a real-world business case that integrates animal science and supply chain challenges. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience, collaborate across disciplines, and apply classroom concepts to a practical problem.
Cash prizes will be awarded to the top three teams:
- $2,000 to the first-place team.
- $1,200 to the second-place team.
- $800 to the third-place team.
This competition also supports our new Master of Science in Supply Chain Management program by increasing awareness of supply chain opportunities.
