“Leading Through Disruption and Change: Leadership Qualities for the Future”
In today’s rapidly shifting business environment, leaders must navigate uncertainty with clarity and resilience, guiding teams and organizations through transformation while keeping purpose at the center. In this networking event, we will explore the leadership qualities needed to thrive in times of disruption including adaptability, vision, communication, and emotional intelligence and discuss how to build trust, foster innovation, and strengthen leadership capacity for the future.
Our featured speaker will be Suzanna de Baca, CEO of Story Board Advisors and faculty member at Iowa State University’s Ivy College of Business, where she teaches leadership and organizational behavior at the MBA level. Suzanna is an experienced executive advisor and nationally recognized thought leader known for helping leaders and boards align vision, strategy, and communications during times of change. She previously served as president and CEO of Business Publications Corporation and Planned Parenthood of the Heartland, and held senior leadership roles at several Wall Street firms. Suzanna is a frequent keynote speaker, published writer, and active corporate and nonprofit board member.
