Marketing and communications team earns CYtation Team Award and six AVA Digital Awards
The Debbie and Jerry Ivy College of Business has received a variety of local, national, and international awards for marketing projects in the past two months.
The Ivy marketing and communications team, under the leadership of Raisbeck Endowed Dean David Spalding, received the Professional and Scientific Council’s CYtation Team Award during a ceremony on March 25. This award was designed to recognize employees who are performing above and beyond their normal responsibilities, doing something extraordinarily well, and acting in such a way as to make a very real difference to the institution.
Notable marketing achievements were in the areas of record enrollment, national visibility, and award recognition. In 2024 alone, the team garnered 14 national and international awards, showcasing excellence across various domains such as website design, video production, publication design, writing, and digital advertising.
The marketing and communications team leads all branding and marketing efforts for the college. The team includes:

- Cindy Robertson: web manager
- Spencer Feinberg: social media specialist

In February, the team also received awards for six of their seven entries in the AVA Digital Awards, an international competition that recognizes excellence by creative professionals responsible for planning, concept, direction, design, and production of digital communication. Work ranges from digital campaigns – to audio and video production – to website development – to social media engagement – to mobile marketing.
