2026 U.S. News & World Report Best Graduate Schools
The Iowa State University Ivy College of Business full-time MBA jumped four places in the U.S. News & World Report 2026 Best Graduate Schools rankings to reach #38 – the best MBA ranking in college history.
The new ranking, released yesterday, places the program at #16 among public universities (up from #19) and #3 among concurrent MBA programs nationwide.
“This is amazing news,” said Raisbeck Endowed Dean Raj Agnihotri. “We are also number three in the nation for graduates having jobs at the time of graduation – and number one in Iowa. That is what this is all about – having our students be job-ready and employed immediately.”
Ivy MBA highlights from the new rankings:
- #1 full-time MBA program in Iowa.
- #3 in the nation for employment at the time of graduation.
- #3 concurrent MBA in the nation, and #1 in Iowa — based on 2026 U.S. News & World Report standards
- #16 among public universities (up from 19)
- #38 in the 2026 U.S. News & World Report ranking – the highest ranking in college history
The full-time MBA features internship support, a cohort model, areas of specialization, career coaching, international study options, real-world consulting projects and case competitions, and scholarships.
For those who cannot enroll full-time, the MBA program can also be taken fully online. The college is currently offering one Emerging Leader MBA Scholarship, a competitive full-ride for a newly enrolled student in the online MBA program who will be ready to start in fall 2026. Apply by May 15.
