Meet the marshals

Graduation is just around the corner at Iowa State University. The Ivy College of Business is honored to announce the spring 2022 student marshals for the college convocation ceremony on May 13. These eight students were selected by Ivy faculty to represent their academic departments at the ceremony and lead their fellow graduates across the stage in Hilton Coliseum.

Congratulations to all spring and summer 2022 graduates, and as always, we are Ivy proud!

Elisa-ChauElisa Chau will serve as the Debbie and Jerry Ivy College of Business student marshal at the university commencement ceremony. Elisa is graduating with a degree in management information systems, summa cum laude. During her time at Iowa State University, Elisa was a George Washington Carver Scholar as well as a peer academic coach for the Academic Success Center. Within the Ivy College of Business, she served as vice president for the Information Systems and Business Analytics Club, the professional relations chair for Collegiate Women in Business, and was involved in several case competitions representing Ivy.

Staci-NevinskiStaci Nevinski will serve as the graduate student marshal. Staci is graduating with a master’s degree in accounting and a master’s in business analytics. She was nominated by the Graduate Programs Office and the accounting faculty because of her outstanding academic achievement and her work as a graduate assistant in the Ivy Writing and Speaking Center. Staci is from Des Moines, Iowa.

Megan-JohansenMegan Johansen will serve as the accounting student marshal. Megan is graduating with a degree in accounting, magna cum laude. She was nominated by the accounting faculty because of her academic excellence and her leadership in Iowa State’s chapter of Beta Alpha Psi, the national accounting honor society. This fall, she will enroll in Ivy’s master of accounting program. Megan is from Urbandale, Iowa.

Gabrielle-MoellersGabrielle Moellers will serve as the finance student marshal. Gabrielle is graduating with a double major in finance and marketing, summa cum laude. She was nominated by the finance faculty because she is “an outstanding student in the classroom and an individual of high integrity.” Gabrielle is from Arlington, Iowa.

Jacob-RoseJacob Rose will serve as the information systems and business analytics student marshal. Jacob is graduating with a degree in management information systems. He was nominated by the information systems and business analytics faculty for his academic performance and work as a computer programming teaching assistant. He also applied his MIS skills to his job as a student assistant manager for ISU Dining Quality Assurance and was recognized as the 2021 Iowa State University Student Employee of the Year. Jacob is from Maplewood, Minnesota.

Ashley-WolterAshley Wolter will serve as the management and entrepreneurship student marshal. Ashley is graduating with a degree in management, magna cum laude. She was nominated by the management and entrepreneurship faculty because of her impressive performance in the classroom and her leadership in Iowa State’s student chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management. Ashley is from Grimes, Iowa.

Rohan-BrahmarouthuRohan Brahmarouthu will serve as the marketing student marshal. Rohan is graduating with a double major in marketing and management, cum laude. He was nominated by the marketing faculty because he “has an impressive mind, capable of synthesizing marketing and management theory and bridging the gap to practice.” Rohan is from Urbandale, Iowa.

Carson-LutteneggerCarson Luttenegger will serve as the supply chain management student marshal. Carson is graduating with a double major in supply chain management and world languages and cultures (Spanish concentration), cum laude. He was nominated by the supply chain management faculty for his outstanding academic achievement and service as the SCM Club president. Carson is from Ankeny, Iowa.
