Adam Hertzke
Adam Hertzke (’04 health and human performance, ’06 MBA) is a partner at Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP in Des Moines, Iowa, and has been with the firm since 2009. He represents financial and strategic buyers and sellers in a variety of merger and acquisition transaction types. Corporate combinations take many forms, and Adam helps his clients execute the transactions that achieve their strategic goals, through combinations as well as joint ventures and other types of transactions — from billion-dollar transactions to smaller strategic deals. Hertzke is also the hiring partner at his office and is a member of the firm’s national hiring committee. Hertzke also earned a J.D. with distinction from the University of Iowa College of Law in 2009.
