Eleke Ukpabi
Eleke Ukpabi (’16 MBA) is a lifelong learner driven by continuous improvement and innovation, with a passion for people development, community engagement, and technological advancement.
Ukpabi has over 20 years of leadership experiences in engineering, operations, sales, business development, and corporate strategy. His is the vice president of solution engineering and strategy with Ruan Transportation Management Systems. He is also the president of United Strategies LLC, a management consulting practice he founded with the maxim of Elevating Excellence Everyday ™.
Ukpabi’ s educational background is in industrial engineering, business management, with advanced studies in business administration (MBA) and engineering management. He also holds professional credentials as a Quality Engineer and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
In addition to serving on the MBA EAC, Ukpabi also serves on the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, and the Council on Industrial & Systems Engineering. He is also the Board Chair for Truevine Academy Foundation and past president for American Society for Quality (Central Iowa).
