Bio

My research interests center around the influence of cognitive and personality variables on organizational behavior.  I'm particularly interested in the areas of boredom proneness, employee engagement, underemployment, and individual attitude strength.  I have published in such diverse journals as Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Business and Psychology, Journal of Research in Personality, The Journal of Social Psychology, and Journal of College Student Development.  I currently serve as Executive Editor of The Journal of Psychology: Interdisciplinary and Applied.
