“The top management leadership team and academia profession in the business world is still very white and male-dominated. The pandemic has magnified existing disparities. By serving as the faculty success advisor for the Ivy College of Business, I am driven to cultivate an atmosphere where diversity is celebrated and leveraged as a catalyst for innovation and excellence. My goal is to empower faculty members to thrive, irrespective of their background, and to champion a paradigm shift that resonates throughout the institution, inspiring future generations to achieve success in the business world unencumbered by bias or inequality.”
