Meet Your Career Professional

Colby Clark is the employer engagement specialist for Business Career Services. She plans and executes career events such as the Business, Industry, and Technology Career Fair as well as leads employer relations. Clark holds a bachelor’s and master’s of education from Iowa State University. In her free time, she likes to spend time outside with family and enjoys tending to her hobby farm. Her favorite part of Ivy is the feeling of community and being so close to a Café.

Tony Fucci is a senior career coordinator for Business Career Services. Prior to joining Ivy, he worked in academic advising and student services at the University of South Carolina and the University of Nebraska – Lincoln (UNL). He earned a bachelor’s and a master’s from Kent State University and a PhD from UNL. In his free time, he enjoys reading fantasy/sci-fi and watching football. Tony’s favorite part of Ivy is seeing students achieve their goals (and hopefully helping them along the way).

Dariana Glasco-Boyd is a senior career coordinator for Business Career Services. Prior to joining Ivy, she was a student services specialist at Iowa State. A proud Cyclone, Dariana holds bachelor’s degrees in psychology and sociology and a master’s in education from Iowa State University and is a certified Mental Health First Aid instructor. Dariana enjoys spending time with family, going on walks, and listening to audiobooks. Her favorite part about working at Ivy is helping students succeed.

Brooke Long is the assistant director for Business Career Services. Prior to her position at Ivy, Long worked in human resources. She has a bachelor’s degree from Iowa State University and a master’s from the University of Northern Iowa. In her free time, she collects vintage clothing and enjoys long-distance running. Brooke’s favorite part about working at Ivy is the students. They make her optimistic about the future.

Jessica Martin is a career coordinator for Business Career Services. Jessica has worked at Iowa State University since 2022 with previous roles within the Office of Admissions. She has a bachelor’s degree in public relations from the University of Georgia and is currently completing a master’s degree in higher education administration from Iowa State. Outside of work, Jessica is a dance team and cheerleading coach, and loves anything reality TV-related. Her favorite part about Ivy is getting to “cheer” for students and watch them succeed.

Connie Steffen is the reporting and administrative coordinator for Business Career Services. She collects and compiles student outcome and internship data for the department’s annual report. She also offers administrative support to the team and provides customer service to Ivy students, faculty, and employers. She is a proud Iowa State University alumna. Prior to her employment at Iowa State, she worked in a variety of roles in the public and private sector revolving around management, customer service, training, and administration.

Bobbi Sullivan is the director and a career coordinator for Business Career Services. Prior to joining the Ivy College of Business, she held roles in talent acquisition, career services, academic advising, and K-12 teaching. She earned a bachelor’s from the University of Northern Iowa and a master’s of education degree from Oregon State University. She is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach. Her favorite part of Ivy is the community’s tight knit feel within a large university.
